NOTE: Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code has been ruled unconstitutional by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and is currently unenforceable within that jurisdiction, pending review by the full court and any possible appeal to the US Supreme Court. This notice will be modified or amended as required by the resolution of any final appeal to the recent ruling either confirming or vacating Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
